Weekly gym group-based circuit training at Ecclesall Road
Event/service information
A subsidised weekly gym group-based circuit training session for people affected by MS, incorporating an initial individual assessment and induction to the gym equipment. The session takes place on Tuesday evenings between 6 to 8pm at the gym at 863 Ecclesall Road, Sheffield, S11 8TJ and is led by a qualified Community Wellness Services Ltd fitness instructor. There are a maximum of 10 places per session and you can book this as a 6 week course, on a rolling basis, subject to availability. Priority of funded places will be offered to new referrals to ensure fair access to the service.
