Art Therapy Open Studio
Event/service information
Art Therapy in an open studio setting enables participants to explore creative working in its many forms. The time together allows for reflection and connection with others away from the clamour of day -to -day expectations.
Each person approaches the session differently according to their needs and whilst it may be a diagnosis of MS that initially brings the group together, we recognise it may be other life challenges that need support and attention.
No previous art experience is expected or necessary and a wide variety of materials are provided.
