Exercise Classes

Exercises with Liz Causon, our qualified instructor from the Leicester Tigers Foundation, focusing on improving balance, reducing fatigue, and your general well-being.

Weekly on a Thursday from 10.30am to 11.30am with a cuppa and a chat afterward - pick-up about 12 noon! Sessions are planned for the full year (2024) with a couple of breaks so please contact us to make sure we are running that week or to request our timetable. ([email protected]).
