Online seated Tai Chi

Focusing on physical and mental health including posture, strength, endurance, range of motion, coordination, breath, mindfulness and meditation. Content will begin and progress from Silk Reeling - basic forms and Yang short form (basis of other schools including Taoist Tai Chi). Additional work on martial arts (defence, push hands, offense) and energy work (chi gung, power). We will be progressing within and between sessions determined by individual ability and safety. Positions may include seated, partial seated, supported stand, static stand, dynamic stand, stepping.
