MS Exercise Cafe
Event/service information
Come and meet other people affected by MS for a friendly chat in a relaxed environment. Tea, coffee and biscuits are provided and lunch can be bought from the Centre café. A voluntary Exercise Class, led by a Chartered Neuro-Physiotherapist, takes place between 11:30 and 12:30.
