Seated Hand Reflexology with Clare Fisher

An other great addition to our Wednesday Morning Sessions of Physiotherapy and Complementary Therapies we are pleased to have Clare Fisher sitting quietly with members with one to one gentle massage of fingers and palms linking to other parts of the body. You find yourself shutting out all the talk and bustle around and slipping into a more focused realisation over your treatment what your fingers and hands link to within your body. Having done some taster sessions our members have wanted this reflexology and relaxation to aid those with MS. Clare herself is on her own MS journey so knows personally how this therapy can be of benefit.
