If you live with MS, come and join us!

This group meets every other Friday (contact Barry for dates) with the hope that the yoga, massage and chat sessions will help people with MS maintain a healthy lifestyle, enjoy a social life and find peer support.

We offer alternate yoga and massage sessions because we find that practicing yoga can improve your core strength and balance and help you cope with everyday tasks. The relaxing benefits of yoga may also help you manage the mental challenges of MS, and it offers the social advantages of being part of a group.

If you are affected by MS, massage could help to relieve muscle pain and improve poor circulation.

If you are not attending a yoga or massage session, come along anyway and enjoy some refreshments.

You will not be charged to attend this event but we would be very grateful if you made a small donation.
