Salary: £29,508 - £31,433 per annum, pro-rata

About you

This varied role involves planning and promoting online our local Living Well with MS sessions.

Working alongside people affected by MS you'll also share responsibility for developing and expanding our Living Well with MS programme. You'll be responsible for designing all content, materials and resources for all new and existing services.

You'll have excellent communication skills and will be proactive, highly motivated and exceptionally organised in your approach. You'll also have experience of group work with people with long term conditions, and will have a good understanding of self management models.

For this role you'll need to have a full driving license and access to your own vehicle.
