We put people living with MS at the centre of everything we do, and it’s this commitment that unites us across the UK.
Our vision is a world free from the effects of MS. Our ultimate goal is to find a cure. But until then, we'll do all we can to help people with MS to live life, knowing they don't have to face MS alone. Our strategy is based on what people with MS have told us is important to them. It gives us a clear and determined focus.
We have big aspirations and we need brilliant new people to help us achieve our ambitious goals. Will you join our team to stop MS?
You'll help take forward our groundbreaking research programme and achieve life-changing results for people with MS. You'll manage our research programme and play a leading strategic role in realising our ambitious research strategy.
You will quickly develop sufficient expertise in MS research to act as a senior spokesperson for our research work. You'll continue to raise the profile of our internationally respected programme. And influence the research programmes of other major funders, in the UK and around the world.
You'll have a number of staff reporting to you as well as being a member of the Leadership Team, so strong management and leadership skills are essential. You will have experience of research and project management. Full details of the skills and experience required are in the job description.
We offer 27 days annual leave (excluding bank holidays), travel loan and various other benefits such as supported developmental opportunities.
We're in an exciting, transformational period which builds on our great history, and will drive us towards achieving our mission and vision as we embark on our new 5 year strategy.
Interviews will be held on 9 and 10 November 2020.
