Reporting to the Directorate Support Manager, you'll offer daily support and information to staff, volunteers and supporters across the country. You'll also help develop new processes to ensure we work as efficiently as possible. You'll provide excellent customer service and use your exceptional administration and organisational skills to support the smooth running of the directorate.
As a Directorate Support Officer, you'll have all round administrative skills with knowledge and experience of using Microsoft packages. A background in events administration is desirable. You'll have excellent interpersonal skills and will have the ability to prioritise and manage a busy workload.
You'll be joining us at an exciting stage of our development. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a supportive, collaborative and friendly team.
