About you

We're looking for someone currently working in the customer service industry who is motivated and committed to providing excellent levels of service.

As a Supporter Service Centre Officer, you'll have experience of working in a customer care delivery environment where you'll have dealt with communications in writing, by telephone, email and on social media. You will also need experience of making outbound relationship building telephone calls.

As a member of our Supporter Engagement department you'll make sure we offer the best possible service to our supporters and internal customers in order to build strong and long lasting relationships.
