Visit to RHS Bridgewater Garden

Visit to RHS Bridgewater Garden with seasonal gardening tasks. In summer these might include some of the following:

• Planting out into raised beds & herbaceous borders - combo of edible annuals, perennials for flower borders

• Harvesting - strawberries, broad beans, soft fruits, salads, peas, flowers eg sweet peas, making bouquets

• Planting beetroot, carrots, dwarf French beans

• Dead heading of spent flowers and tidying & maintenance of all beds

• Watering pots, raised beds, borders

Depending on the day there may be nature walks, forest bathing & relaxation on the star-gazing mound, bird watching and some arts and crafts
