A complementary therapy for all people with MS. Yvonne provides 45 minute sessions monthly at 5 Firwood Close, St John's Woking, the Samson Centre Guildford, and a home visiting service within 10 miles of St John's for those who are unable to easily attend other health and wellbeing activities.

Reflexology is a technique derived from traditional Chinese medicine in which pressure is applied to the feet (and sometimes hands) without using oils or creams. It stimulates reflex points to induce therapeutic effects in different parts of the body and encourage natural healing.

If you are affected by MS, reflexology could help improve sensory symptoms, urinary symptoms and muscular stiffness. The relaxation it brings can also help combat the stresses of living with the condition.
