Social Club with seated Exercise

We run a weekly exercise session with a range of techniques including Pilates and Exercise. This includes tea/coffee or suitable alternatives.

Followed by a simple lunch, normally cooked on the premises.

A trainer (exercise therapist) will work with you to assess your physical difficulties and help you to improve your movement. They might suggest new ways to stay active, or ways to adapt your preferred activities to suit your situation. Guided exercise can be valuable for many MS symptoms and is particularly useful for managing stiffness, balance, spasticity and spasms.
