FREE EXERCISE SESSION FOR PEOPLE WITH MS AT ST MARK'S HOSPITAL, MAIDENHEAD

"An exercise class run by a physiotherapist specifically designed for MS members to work on strength, flexibility, posture and general fitness. The class will be held on the second Saturday of the month, 11am-12pm at The Arc, St Mark's Hospital.
