Online Chair Based Yoga Class

A 60 minute mainly chair based yoga class hosted online via Zoom by yoga teacher Rachel Bayliss. Each class includes gentle, mindful movements and yoga postures to maintain the range of movement in the joints; strengthen the body; and lengthen the muscles to release tension and maintain flexibility. Also included are simple, calming breathing techniques and guided relaxation helpful for clearing and focussing the mind, managing stress and anxiety.
