Yoga Taster sessions May and June

We have more upcoming Yoga Taster sessions with qualified Yoga instructor Gina Beach. These take place at The Powerhouse, Round Wood, Llanderyn, Cardiff, CF23 9PN. We are seeing how popular these taster session are for May and June and thereafter may arrange this as a permanent activity in person. It is seated yoga for all abilities and perfect for people with MS.
