MS Information Event

These friendly and informal events are for anyone registered with a West Suffolk GP who is affected by MS (plus a friend or family member)

• Speak to West Suffolk MS nurses, neuro physiotherapist and neuro occupational therapist

• Find out more about common MS symptoms

• Learn about keeping active, managing fatigue and spasticity

• Short active session of stretching /relaxation techniques

• Plenty of opportunity to ask questions of the team

• Meet others affected by MS, make new friends/connections

• Ask our benefits advisor questions

• Learn more about the work of the MS Society, give us your ideas for new local support projects

Two hour session from 10:30 am to 1:00pm (lunch provided at 12.30) on these dates
