Zoom Exercise Classes

We do a range of seated exercises designed to work as many muscle groups as possible. They aim to improve/maintain muscle strength and cardio-vascular fitness.

Classes are held on line on:

Wednesdays 3.30 - 5pm

Fridays 11am - 12.30

There is a suggested donation of £3 per class.
