
Monday Exercise Class
Our face-to-face Monday exercise classes have changed since the pandemic as our instructor, Kelly, cannot start the class until 11.00. However, we will arrive from 10.15 for a chat and then have our work out between 11.00 and 12.15.
We do a range of seated and, for those who are able, standing exercises designed to work as many muscle groups as possible. They aim to improve/maintain balance, mobility, coordination and cardio-vascular fitness. There is a suggested voluntary donation of £5.
We will continue to hold virtual exercise classes using Zoom on Wednesdays 3.30 - 5pm and on Fridays 11.00 - 12.30.
