Pilates, Yoga, Shiatsu and Massage Sessions

We are pleased to offer 'Pilates, Yoga, Shiatsu and Massage Sessions' alongside our Wednesday Morning Social Gatherings. Led by Bronwen de Klerk, open to all abilities as chair based, you will be able to gently return some strength to muscles through gentle exercise. Soothing atmosphere to centre yourselves, relax and just lift your mood as well as your body. Massage also helpful to those with MS as they develop with our Physio. A 'Wind-Down' group class is scheduled later in the morning. Open also to carers and partners for their wellbeing too.
