
MS online seated dance session
Join us on Zoom every Tuesday at 2.15pm-3pm for a moderate intensity 30 minute movement session to music.
The session is designed to improve upper body strength, balance, mobility, core stability and overall fitness.
You’ll need a laptop/tablet/smartphone with access to an internet connection.
