Staying and keeping active is good for everyone, not just people with MS. It can help minimise loss of muscle strength and fitness. It can help keep weight gain under control. It can also strengthen your bones, improve your posture, fatigue, balance, continence problems, anxiety and depression.

Whatever your ability, there’s an exercise for everyone, you just have to find the one that suits you.
