Whether you walk, roll or stroll, every penny takes us closer to our goal: Together we can stop MS.

This September hundreds of MS Superstars, our friends and families, will join forces in London to take in the sights and raise funds to stop MS. Will you join us?

Both our short and medium routes are fully accessible. All our routes start and finish in Battersea Park. And at the end of the challenge we'll celebrate your achievement with food, drinks, music and fun in the park.

The routes:

Short / 6km route – Fully accessible

Medium / 10km route – Fully accessible

Long / 20km route – Please get in touch if you’d like to find out more about the accessibility of this route.

Please get in touch if you would like more information about our routes and accessibility.

Registration: £15 for adults, £7 for under 18s and free for five years and under.

Sponsorship: We don’t ask for a minimum sponsorship amount, just that you raise as much as you can to stop MS.

If you have any questions please contact us by emailing challenge@mssociety.org.uk or calling 0300 500 8084.

Start times:

6km - 10.25am (registration opens from 9am)

10km - 10.05am (registration opens from 8am)

How long is the walk?

There are three different routes you can choose from, all starting and finishing in Battersea Park. There is a 6km and a 10km route, which are both fully accessible, and a 20km route which is less accessible.

How accessible are the routes?

Our 6k and 10k routes are fully accessible. We have tried to make our 20km route as accessible as possible too.

Although every care is taken to ensure that the small and medium routes are wheelchair accessible, the MS Society does not take responsibility for any unforeseen circumstances. This includes pathway closures, maintenance or adverse weather which may affect this route. In the event of unforeseen path closures, we will try where possible to plan an alternative accessible route

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

There are no age limits, but we do ask that you take care when buying the tickets as they relate to how old the person is that will be attending.

What can/ can't I bring to the event?

You can bring under 5s to the event but we ask you to get them a free ticket. This will help us to know the exact number of participants.

You can bring your dogs too!

Water will be available but do bring a bottle yourself.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

No, tickets are not transferrable.

What is the refund policy?

Tickets are non-refundable.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No, we will have a list of people that have registered so you will need to come and register at the Bandstand in Battersea Park by telling us your name.

The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?

We will have details for the person named on the ticket - so you can't take someone's place unfortunately.

What facilities will be available on the day?

Toilets will be available including accessible facilities.

There will be catering vans where you can purchase refreshments.

What are the timings for the day?

We will release precise timings in the stewardship emails and joining instructions. On the day sign in will be open from 8am or 9am based on your route, and our charity village will close at 5pm.

Can I sign up on the day?

Online registration closes on 21 September. Unless the event has sold out, tickets will be available to purchase on the morning of MS Walk. One the day prices will be £20 for an adult and £10 for under 18s.
