Ways you can volunteer
We offer lots of ways to be involved to suit your skills, experience, interests and time.
What can I do?
Help people with MS understand their options for living well
People living with MS need the best information - clear, accurate and accessible.
You can make sure it's all of those things by reviewing MS publications and information, and giving us your feedback.

Speak up for people with MS on a national level
We're run by a board of trustees and national councils in England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland who advocate for their local MS community. They're all volunteers who have a connection to MS.
We're looking for trustees and national council members right now. Will you get involved?
Whether you’re part of a national council or a trustee, you’ll be part of the biggest MS voice in the UK.
Brighten someone's day in your area
Maybe you could use your skills to put together a news letter that makes someone smile. Or drop in to a social group, have a cup of tea and make a new friend. Can you meme like nobody's watching on on twitter? Or maybe you love being active and want to join your local fundraisers on the streets, raising awareness and funds to stop MS.
Our UK-wide network of around 270 groups is there to support local people living with MS. The volunteers who run them are people just like you - people who want to make a difference.
Wherever your skills lie and however much time you have, you can help make local groups work. And help spread some smiles.
Give our MS Superstars the power to finish the race
Physical challenges are hard and can be lonely on the day. Our runners tell us they live for our cheer points to raise their spirits and help them get through.
The atmosphere on raceday is reward enough for us. It's positively electric, even in the rain, and we'd love to share it with you.
Do you have what it takes to wear an orange T shirt and make our MS Superstars feel like rockstars with your screams?
