Lake District Challenge
Take part in the Lake District Challenge on 7-8 June 2025.
Walk, jog or run the Lake District Challenge and take on England's finest countryside at your pace. The Challenge Base Camp is in Kendal. From there it's a full challenge anticlockwise loop taking in a couple of tough hills to Ambleside, a half way point by Lake Windermere, forests, and nature reserves - with some stunning views en route.
With 100km, 50km, 25km and 10km challenge options also available - there's a challenge here for everyone – and you can join as an individual or as a team of friends / family.

Fundraising options
Charity sponsorship
As we are an official Charity Partner – you get 25% off the standard charity sponsorship registration fee below.
Full challenge: secure your place for £50 when you pledge to raise £575
Half challenge: secure your place for £40 when you pledge to raise £375
Quarter challenge: secure your place for £30 when you pledge to raise £275
10km challenge: secure your place for £20 when you pledge to raise £100
