Signing up to a challenge is a great way to motivate yourself to get out and exercise. And we’ve got an expert training zone with plenty of tips to help.
2. It’s sociable
Walking is a true team activity. Signing up with a friend will help you both stay motivated, when you’re training and during the final challenge. It’s always good to have someone to share snacks with too!

During the London 2 Brighton and South Coast Challenges you’ll be treated to sensational pre-event and post event receptions, fantastic rest stops, incredible food and the best atmosphere! We promise you’ll love every minute.

Both of these routes are known for their dramatic scenery. Whether it’s the sweeping elegance of the South Downs, the dreaming spires of Arundel or the rugged beauty of Seven Sisters, the sights alone are guaranteed to take your breath away.
