This amazing Marathon is one of the Abbott World Marathon Majors with a fantastic mainly flat course and incredible sights of the city, temples and parks.

Our Tokyo Marathon 2026 charity places are now full. 

You can still apply and you'll be added to a waiting list. If any places become available, we'll review the waiting list and get in touch with successful applicants directly. The waiting list will operate until the end of November 2025.

Fundraising

If you're successful in securing a charity place with us, there's a £100 registration fee to pay upon acceptance of the place. And you’ll pledge to raise a minimum of £4,000 in sponsorship (excluding Gift Aid) towards our work.

• 25% (£1,000) to be raised by August 2025
• 50% (£2,000) to be raised by November 2025
• 80% (£3,200) to be raised by race day (March 2026)
• The remaining amount to be raised over race week and up to eight weeks after the event (May 2026)
