Keeping a journal

During the online sessions you'll hear us refer to the Journal and Tracker. This is a great tool which could help you to manage your energy levels in relation to fatigue, help you organise your time and keep track of your symptoms, supporting you to live well.

Steph’s journal is based around the idea of ‘bullet journaling’. Find out a little more about this by reading Hannah's blog on how bullet journaling helps her manage her MS
