Pilates is often described as the art of controlled movements, which should look and feel like a workout (not a therapy) when properly manifested. If practiced with consistency, Pilates can improve flexibility, build strength and develop control and endurance for the body. This service is tailored for people affected by MS by an extremely experienced practitioner. Pilates will be offered every second Tuesday between 10.30am and 11.30am by a qualified pilates instructor, who will work with you to develop your core strength
