Event/Service information

Held at Tamworth Sacred Heart Church, this is a fortnightly Singing / Choir Session for people affected by Multiple Sclerosis.
We are a friendly bunch consisting of seven would-be singers led by our coach, the Group Coordinator, Nicola-Jayne Roe.

Singing has a lot of health benefits, including breathing support and speech improvement. It is good for your lungs and heart, and releases positive endorphins for the feel-good factor. It is the best fun you can have to fight against a lot of the symptoms we have with MS.

Even if you think you cannot sing we would like to welcome and encourage you to join in!
