1-2-1 Gym Entry Sessions, Redhill

A one to one sessional service with a personal trainer tailored for People with MS. Session will focus on a tailored programme that will assist in gaining knowledge in the use of gym equipment, the environment and to build confidence for the individual to use the gym independently, or within a group session such as that provided by Beefit. Users can take up to 6 60 minute sessions, with a 15 minute assessment an addition at the first session if they are not already known to Beefit.
