A professional physiotherapist visits people with MS in their homes to deliver physiotherapy.
A physiotherapist will work with you to assess your physical difficulties and help you to improve your movement. They might suggest new ways to stay active, or ways to adapt your preferred activities to suit your situation. Physiotherapy can be valuable for many MS symptoms and is particularly useful for managing stiffness, balance, spasticity and spasms.
