Shiatsu and Reflexology
Event/Service information
A complementary therapy service for all people with Multiple Sclerosis (MS), specifically providing session(s) of:
• Reflexology
• Massage, Shiatsu and Acupressure
Shiatsu is a deep and relaxing form of massage that is given fully clothed. Based on acupuncture points and lines - fingers, thumbs, palms and elbows are used - but no needles! Tight areas can relax, weak areas are strengthened and the internal organs are benefited. Reflexology is a non-intrusive complementary health therapy, based on the theory that different points on the feet, lower leg, hands, face or ears correspond with different areas of the body. Reflexologists work holistically with their clients and aim to work alongside allopathic healthcare to promote better health for their clients.
