Home Reflexology session lasting 40 minutes carried out in the client's home. Delivered by Lucy Earl. The client is entitled to one per calendar month. Clients donation contribution £10 (from 1/3/24 donation contribution is raising to £15). 24 hours notice is required if an appointment is cancelled.
Reflexology is based on the principle that reflex points on the feet correspond to areas throughout the body. The treatment starts with cleaning the feet, gentle movement of the feet and then a variety of reflexology techniques used, adapted to suit your individual needs. Reflexology can also be performed on the hands as well as the feet.
The benefits of reflexology include deep relaxation, improved sleep, increased circulation and stimulation of the nervous system.
