Event/Service information

The Perth & Kinross Group for the MS Society offers a range of therapies from different therapists including reflexology, aromatherapy and Indian head massage which you can attend on either a Tuesday or a Thursday at the Queen's Hotel in Perth.
Massage is a healing method used to relax muscles, reduce tension and contribute to general well-being. It is often used in combination with aromatherapy. Aromatherapy is the use of fragrant plant oils. Reflexology is a technique derived from traditional Chinese medicine in which pressure is applied to the feet (and sometimes hands) without using oils or creams. It stimulates reflex points to induce therapeutic effects in different parts of the body and encourage natural healing.
You may find these therapies helpful in improving MS-related symptoms from reducing muscular stiffness and pain, improving circulation and sensory symptoms or helping to manage stress and tension and combating anxiety and fatigue.
