Event information

Massage sessions offered to people affected by MS, limited to twelve sessions per individual. Days offered are currently Mondays or Tuesdays. If you are affected by MS, massage could help to relieve muscle pain and improve poor circulation.

Massage is a healing method used to relax muscles, reduce tension and contribute to general wellbeing. It is often used in combination with aromatherapy.

Acupressure stems from the traditional Chinese practice of acupuncture but uses fingers, rather than needles, to stimulate specific parts of the body.

Shiatsu is a Japanese system based on finger pressure, which focuses on prevention rather than healing. Its purpose is to increase circulation and restore energy balance in the body.

Indian Head Massage is a therapy for the head, scalp, face, neck, shoulders and upper back. It can improve circulation, release muscular tension and decrease stress.
