The Nottingham Group are currently offering Tai Chi sessions over Zoom until we are able to physically return to sessions at Dunkirk Community Centre.
Advice when exercising
Clear any potential hazards so there’s enough space. Make sure any equipment is suitable for activity.
Drink water before during and after a session. Take it easy in hot weather.
Take breaks when needed.
Keep your mobile phone near you in case of an emergency.
