Mindfulness class for those affected by MS.
Mindfulness is the ability to be fully present to what is going on in our lives, aware of where we are and what we’re doing. Mindfulness enables us to tune into the reality of the present moment rather than rehashing the past or imagining the future.
The Nottingham Group offer Mindfulness sessions over Zoom for free but starting in April 2022, we will also be meeting in person at the Dunkirk community centre every 2nd Monday of the month. These in person sessions will also be available via Zoom (technology permitting).
