Mindfulness Zoom sessions

Emotional and psychological wellbeing

The Old School, Montpelier Road, Dunkirk,

Every Monday from 13:00 - 14:00

Event/Service information

Mindfulness class for those affected by MS.

Mindfulness is the ability to be fully present to what is going on in our lives, aware of where we are and what we’re doing. Mindfulness enables us to tune into the reality of the present moment rather than rehashing the past or imagining the future.

The Nottingham Group are currently offering Mindfulness sessions over Zoom for free until we are able to physically return to sessions at Dunkirk Community Centre.

Advice when exercising

Clear any potential hazards so there’s enough space. Make sure any equipment is suitable for activity.

Drink water before, during and after a session. Take it easy in hot weather.
