**Please Note** This class has been paused until further notice.
Each class begins with ChiBall (tai chi and go gong with a ChiBall) to gently warm up the body;
• Classes are chair based with options for matwork on the floor ;
• A 10 minute standing section to work with balance and strength is included in each class (chair alternatives are given);
• Suitable for all; the entire class can be done seated;
• Every class completes with 10 minutes deep guided relaxation.
