Event/service information

MS Research and Relief Fund (MSRRF) is a UK registered charity (No.228634) that aims to improve the quality of life of all people affected by MS.

They provide a range of services - free of charge to users - to help people whose lives have been affected by MS mainly at Benmar House in Morpeth. Users can take part in physiotherapy, gentle exercise classes, yoga and complementary therapies.

They also deliver an Outreach provision, which is still rebuilding following the pandemic. Particularly relevant to North Durham, they run a seated exercise class in Belmont on Mondays & Fridays 10.30-12.30, by appointment only.
