Chair Yoga Session 2022

We are excited to announce that the Chair Yoga classes are continuing!
They take place on a Wednesday between 2.00pm and 3.15pm, led by our lovely tutor Jacqueline.
NEW VENUE From Easter onwards, they will be at: All Saints Church, Carr House Drive, Durham, DH1 5LT
Classes are FREE. There is a suggested donation of £2.50 per session to help cover our costs.
Please bring your carer if you need personal care services.
Coffee/Tea and biscuits and good company available before the sessions.
