Event/Service information

Move4ward offers exercise rehabilitation services using an AlterGĀ® Anti-Gravity TreadmillĀ®. This equipment is rarely seen outwith big football clubs and rugby clubs for re-hab so we are so lucky having it in our area. Using Anti G can help you gain strength and endurance while managing a neurological condition.

If you are affected by MS, the right exercise can make a difference to managing your everyday activities. It can keep your body at its best by maximising mobility, posture and balance. It can reduce pain and fatigue, improve your confidence and reduce depression.
