On-line Seated Pilates via Zoom

We are running a seated Pilates exercise class via online Zoom meeting led by an experienced local teacher.
These free sessions are open to all who would like to try Pilates, the class is specially tailored for people with MS with the aim of improving strength, mobility and coordination.
