Monday (except bank holidays) - Class 1 from 1030 to 1130; Class 2 from 1130 to 1230
There is a nominal fee of £2.00 per class and a further £1.00 for Tea/Coffee and a biscuit.
Two classes are run weekly by a qualified Physiotherapist. Class 1 is for those able to carry out sitting/floor based activities. Class 2 is for those able to do sitting based activities.
Research has proven the general benefits of exercise. Regular movement improves your cardiovascular health, strengthens your muscles and bones and raises your mood. Exercise can reduce the risk of major illnesses and help you to maintain a healthy weight.
If you are affected by MS, the right exercise can make a difference to managing your everyday activities. It can keep your body at its best by maximising mobility, posture and balance. It can reduce pain and fatigue, improve your confidence and reduce depression.
