Pilates is an excellent way to exercise, and our classes target the core muscles which are so important for posture and mobility, especially for anyone with MS. The core muscles (around the lower back and abdomen) are really important, and Tanya will shown you how to improve them at our friendly classes, week by week, learning a little more through practice and tuition.
The principles of Pilates are concentration, breathing, relaxation, body alignment, flow and body awareness. So as well as supporting and strengthening your body enabling you to move more freely, you learn techniques that can help you to reduce your stress levels and improve your concentration. Moreover, our classes are friendly and fun!
