If you are affected by MS, the right exercise can make a difference to managing your everyday activities. It can keep your body at its best by maximising mobility, posture and balance. It can reduce pain and fatigue, improve your confidence and reduce depression.
Eastbourne Sports Complex is on Hundens Lane. If approaching from Yarm Road (north or south) turn into Hundens Lane and it's the 3rd right down Bourne Avenue.
