An opportunity to take part in seated exercise activity designed to strengthen core muscles. A great chance to meet other people and go for coffee and chat.
Tai Chi is a gentle martial art that combines deep breathing and relaxation techniques with slow, graceful movements.
Practising Tai Chi could help your balance and flexibility, lower your blood pressure and improve your cardiovascular health. It could also help with pain, stress and anxiety.
