Reiki & Indian Head Massage

Reiki is a healing technique based on the principle that the therapist can channel energy into the client by means of touch. This can activate the natural healing processes of the body and restore physical and emotional well-being. A Reiki session is usually carried out with the recipient lying down or sitting (fully clothed), in a comfortable and peaceful environment.
Indian Head Massage is a therapy for the head, scalp, face, neck, shoulders and upper back. It can improve circulation, release muscular tension and decrease stress.
