Virtual Wellbeing session, friends and family (group 1)

Has someone close to you recently been told they have MS? You're not alone.

Join our Virtual Wellbeing sessions for a chance to meet other people with a loved one with MS.

In our sessions you can to chat, reflect on and share experiences. We'll also look at different ways to support you to live well and help your loved one manage their MS.

The sessions will be on Mondays 3, 10, 17, 24 February from 7pm - 8.30pm

What happens in the sessions?

Each week you'll take part in a 1.5 hour virtual meeting with other people affected by MS. These are fairly informal small groups of people who have a family member or friend who has recently been diagnosed with MS.

Every week we cover a different topic - from an introduction to MS and thinking about support you need to the impact MS can have on everyday life and telling other people about the diagnosis.

We'll work with you and your group to tailor each session to meet your needs.

After each session you’ll be able to stay in touch with your group online.

What do I need to take part?

All you need to join in is

  • a laptop, tablet, smart phone or computer with inbuilt, or access to a, microphone and camera. That's so we can see and hear each other in the meetings!
  • a stable internet connection for the video meeting software we use.
